Terms and Conditions for Hire
Bounce Happy Doncaster - Home Hire Agreement - Keeping everyone safe while having fun.
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Bounce Happy Doncaster ("we/us") and the hirer ("you"). By hiring any equipment, you confirm acceptance of these conditions in full. Any amendments must be agreed in writing by an authorised representative of Bounce Happy Doncaster.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is due before or on the day of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel delivery without liability if payment has not been received. - If full payment is not received within 7 calendar days of equipment delivery, we reserve the right to apply:
- A late payment fee of £40
- Daily interest charged at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, accruing until full payment is received
Deposits
- All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of booking type (indoor or outdoor). All cleaning deposits will be returned within 10 business day, if by any chance this has not happened within the time please contact us so we can look in to it.
Equipment failure
- All of our equipment or electrical equipment and bouncy castles are tested annually in accordance with our insurance providers requirements. Should any equipment Provided by Bounce happy Doncaster fail while on hire the hirer may only seek compensation for lost time based on the value of the equipment hired and only to the piece of equipment which has failed.
Delivery & Identification
- Equipment will be delivered to the delivery address on your invoice. - Valid ID (driver's licence or passport) must be shown on delivery. Failure to present ID may result in cancellation, with a potential charge. All equipment will be delivered at the selected delivery time. We do ask all customer to allow 30 minutes for set and 30 minutes on collections. Example: if your party starts at 1pm please book us to arrive at 12.30, If your party finishes at 4 but you need to be out the venue by 4 please book us to arrive at 3.30
Safety & Usage Guidelines
- Equipment must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. - Remove footwear, glasses, jewellery, and other sharp items before use. - Adults must not use children's equipment unless specifically rated for adult use. - Mixed-age usage must be avoided. Equipment must not be overcrowded. - No food, drinks, gum, face paint, streamers, or silly string allowed on or near the equipment. - No smoking, pets, or barbecues near equipment. - Anyone feeling unwell or with medical concerns should not use the inflatables.
Condition on Return
- Equipment must be returned clean and undamaged. - If soiled, a £50 cleaning fee will apply. - Any repair or replacement costs, including loss of earnings due to downtime, will be billed accordingly.
Inflatable Specifics
- Do not allow climbing, hanging, or bouncing on safety steps. - No one may use the inflatable during inflation, deflation, or when deflated. - Wet inflatables must not be used unless properly dried.
Post-Collection Accountability
- If weather prevents a full inspection at pickup, hirer remains liable for damages or cleaning issues reported within 7 days. - Photo evidence will accompany any chargeable notices.
Business Hours & Hire Duration
- Business hours: 7:00 am - 9:30 pm - Standard hire period is up to 6.5 hours, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
