Amazing customer service, really helpful even when I needed too change bouncy castle. Friendly customer service care and great products my daughter loved the bouncy castle and the mini disco. Definitely will be coming back in the future. Thank you so much for everything you and your team have done for us to make my daughter’s birthday special! X

Just wanted to say thank you for the service we received from Bounce Happy. Not only did I mess up the payment online but I also messed up the measurement of my garden, meaning the inflatable I had booked wouldn't fit. The team were quick to offer a solution and went back to pick up an alternative castle that would fit and even refunded me the price difference, despite the extra work for them. The children had an absolutely fantastic Halloween party, and we will definitely book again for future parties. Thank you.
