Just wanted to say thank you for the service we received from Bounce Happy. Not only did I mess up the payment online but I also messed up the measurement of my garden, meaning the inflatable I had booked wouldn't fit. The team were quick to offer a solution and went back to pick up an alternative castle that would fit and even refunded me the price difference, despite the extra work for them. The children had an absolutely fantastic Halloween party, and we will definitely book again for future parties. Thank you.

Thankyou very much 4 the hire of the 18 foot bouncy slide yesterday 5/4/18 The kids luved it so Did the Parents :-) Anybody looking to hire this I would highly Recommend Pete & Bounce Happy Doncaster. I hired the mini disco set and the nerf shooter for my sons 10th birthday party which were fantastic and enjoyed by all the kids. The quality of both of these was brilliant as was the customer service provided. I will definitely be using bounce happy Doncaster again and would highly recommend anyone else too. Top class !!!

Here at Bounce Happy Doncaster, we look to try to keep our cost as low as possible, to achieve this our delivery and collections are determined by the most efficient route based on your address. we cover an area of 30 min in both directions meaning collections could be 1 hour apart. Bounce happy Doncaster guarantee a min of 6 hours hire often this can be longer in peak times.
We have recognised some customers may want a later pick up so we are now offering late pick-ups at £20, this covers our cost of fuel and also the staff's wages if we need to come back into your area. the £20 late pickup fee allows you to select a time for the earliest collection
Any time after 8PM overnight hire must be selected at the time of booking
Please also note that all bookings require a form of ID for insurance purposes (Driving License / Passport).
Bounce Happy Doncaster requires a 50% deposit to secure your booking, deposit are non refundable unless due to bad weather conditions. Booking cancelled within 24hrs can be refunded minus £5 admin fee.
