Just wanted to say thank you for the service we received from Bounce Happy. Not only did I mess up the payment online but I also messed up the measurement of my garden, meaning the inflatable I had booked wouldn't fit. The team were quick to offer a solution and went back to pick up an alternative castle that would fit and even refunded me the price difference, despite the extra work for them. The children had an absolutely fantastic Halloween party, and we will definitely book again for future parties. Thank you.

Great customer service! Really helpful and great service. Delivery and pick up were seamless and the generator was great as we didn’t have electric available. The quality of the bouncy castle was great! I wouldn’t hesitate to use bounce happy again
